• Interviewing Law Enforcement Officers following critical incidents

 

Course Description:

 

The T3 Cognitive Interview Course is an advanced Train-the-Trainer certification designed to prepare elite instructors in the most scientifically validated interview methodology: the Cognitive Interview (CI).

 

Participants will master both:

 

• The technical execution of CI for real-world application, and

• The instructional skills to teach it to others with clarity and impact.

 

This course emphasizes the psychology of memory, rapport-building, and strategic questioning techniques—especially critical when working with trauma-exposed individuals or time-sensitive investigations.

 

Program Structure:

 

Phase 1 – Online Learning (14 Hours) $249

 

• Self-paced, interactive modules covering the Cognitive Interview protocol, t memory science, managing the interview process, and questioning strategy

• Video demonstrations and knowledge checks

• Instructor-focused webinars on legal, administrative, and classroom topics

 

Phase 2 – 2-hour Webinar and 2-day In-Person Intensive (2 Days | 18 Hours) $549

 

• Live practicums and feedback-based learning

• Participants conduct real interviews and deliver mock lessons

• Coaching on facilitation, classroom management, and advanced question design

• Train with one of the World's leading Cognitive Interviewers and Interviewing Instructor
