The Proactive Leadership I Course blends nine interpersonal communication and behavioral models drawn from communication studies, business communication, leadership, and counseling psychology. Built on research from psychotherapy and neuroscience, this innovative, skills-based course teaches participants to identify and apply specific leadership behaviors that build trust, strengthen relationships, and improve decision-making.
