Bringing Proactive Leadership training to your agency is simple. We offer two hosting options depending on your goals and structure.

Our courses are built for real-world application and are designed to meet state reporting and compliance requirements where applicable.

Option 1: Open Enrollment Hosting
No Upfront Cost to the Agency

Your agency hosts the course and we open registration to surrounding agencies in your region. We do ask that you forward the class information to surrounding agencies in order to help meet the minimum required number of participants.

The only cost to your agency is the standard participant fee for the personnel you choose to register.

Minimum Requirement
A minimum of 20 paid participants is required to hold the class.
This ensures travel and course expenses are covered.
They can come from a combination of your agency and others.

Host Incentives
Once the course reaches:

20 participants → The hosting agency receives 1 complimentary seat

25 participants → The hosting agency receives an additional complimentary seat
In practical terms:

Seat #21 is free

Seat #26 is free
This allows the host agency to benefit directly from helping bring training to the region.

Option 2: Closed Agency Training
Private, Agency-Only Instruction

Your agency contracts Proactive Leadership to deliver a private course exclusively for your personnel.

This option:

Is not open to outside agencies

Allows customization to your department’s needs

Training Credit & Reporting
Proactive Leadership provides all necessary documentation to support state training credit.

Depending on your state’s process:

The hosting agency may report training hours directly to their state POST or governing body, or
-
Each participant will receive certificates and required course documentation to submit through their own agency’s reporting system.
We provide curriculum outlines, instructor credentials, and course identifiers (where applicable) to support accurate and compliant reporting.
