Course Description:
The T3 Cognitive Interview Class is an advanced Train-the-Trainer program designed to develop highly skilled instructors capable of teaching the Cognitive Interview (CI)—the most scientifically validated method for eliciting accurate, uncontaminated information from victims, witnesses, and suspects.
This program equips trainers with both the technical expertise to conduct CI sessions and the instructional proficiency to teach these methods effectively to others. Emphasis is placed on the psychology of memory, rapport-building, and structured questioning techniques proven to enhance recall, even under high-stress conditions.
Program Structure
Phase 1 – Online Learning
Self-paced interactive modules covering CI theory, memory retrieval principles, and analytic interviewing foundations.
